SaaS automation tools enabled the sending of hundreds of emails daily; however, they also depersonalized outreach, which, in reality, is what drives conversions: personalization. Response rates declined as the inboxes were overwhelmed. There were teams that attempted to revive personalization by making personal video recordings for prospects, which was an effective strategy but totally scale-less.

Our expert Intobi team developed Response AI from scratch to address this contradiction. The concept of this SaaS product was straightforward yet ambitious: make video outreach personal again – without losing automation or scale.

There are also predefined or custom backgrounds that users can select to match the brand identity in videos. This will ensure a professional, consistent presentation of visuals across all outreach campaigns.

Uploading a CSV of leads

The sales teams post the lead lists in CSV format, and the SaaS platform can automatically retrieve important prospect data like names, emails, and websites to personalize them on a large scale.
