Our team overview
Software development company careers at Intobi are built around real people — the engineers, designers, and PMs who turn client ideas into software that ships. Intobi was founded in 2017 by Andrew Tsopych (Founder & CEO), an entrepreneur and technology leader who sets the company’s direction and stays close to clients. Alongside him, Arty Linchevskiy (CBDO) drives new partnerships and personally follows up on every project inquiry, Alexander Mykytyn (CIO) steers the technology and internal systems, and Arina Silver (CFO) keeps the business financially steady.
Behind them is a tight-knit, cross-functional team of 80+ specialists from 10+ nationalities — the people our clients keep coming back for. Each role owns its part of the journey from first idea to live product.
• Project Managers keep everything moving — scoping the work, aligning timelines, and staying the single point of contact so clients always know what’s next.
• Full-Stack, Back-End & Front-End Developers build the product itself — architecting scalable systems, writing clean code, and turning designs into fast, reliable web and mobile apps.
• Mobile Developers build apps (iOS, Android, cross-platform) that put the product in users’ pockets and feel consistent on every device.
• UX/UI Designers shape how it all feels — researching users, prototyping flows, and designing interfaces people navigate without a manual.
• QA Engineers hold the quality bar — running manual and automated tests so features ship stable, secure, and ready for real users.

How long does the hiring process take?
Most candidates move through our four steps — Apply, Screening call, Technical interview, Offer — within 1–2 weeks, depending on the role and scheduling.
Do you hire remote employees?
Yes, most of our roles are remote or hybrid, and we work with team members across multiple countries and time zones.
What does the interview process look like?
After a short screening call, you’ll have a technical interview with the team you’d join, followed by an offer if it’s the right match.
What benefits do you offer?
Health & wellness coverage, flexible hours, a learning & development budget, provided equipment, and paid vacation — see the Benefits section above for the full list.
What happens if there's no open position that matches my skills?
Reach out anyway — we keep strong applications on file and follow up as soon as a matching role opens.
What questions should I ask before accepting a job offer?
Ask about the team you’ll join, day-to-day expectations, the remote/hybrid setup, your growth path, and how success is measured. We’re glad to walk through all of it at the offer stage.
