UX-friendly flow with expanded features

In addition to creating a comprehensive mobile app, we focused on enhancing user experience by making the application more intuitive and user-friendly. We expanded the platform’s features to offer Kato’s clients more tools and services, improving their ability to manage property transactions seamlessly.

The enhanced user interface and experience ensure that users can easily navigate the platform, leading to increased satisfaction and engagement.

Improved frontend of the platform

From a frontend perspective, we implemented several key features to enhance the platform’s functionality. These include adding email campaign functionality and insights reports, which provide users with valuable data and analytics to inform their decision-making. 

We also integrated numerous third-party services, such as OnTheMarket, Property News, PropertyPal, BPI Expresso, Imovirtual, Idealista, and eGO Real Estate. These integrations allow Kato to extend its reach and offer clients access to a broader range of services and information.

Backend architecture from scratch

We strengthened the core architecture on the backend by implementing Dashboard reports with charts and utilizing Chart.js for enhanced data visualization. The backend also includes bulk publishing transactions to the radius rankings.

Additionally, we integrated Mapbox GL and other third-party services to enhance the platform’s mapping and geolocation capabilities, providing users with more accurate and detailed property data.
